No. I don't think there is a Calculus book.

Actually, they are going to release it this fall. In the course description it says

Quote:
The Art of Problem Solving Calculus text will be available in fall, 2009. The cost of the textbook is included in the price of the class, and students enrolled in the class will receive the book when it is available.

It's probably going to come out before the precalculus book, because the calc course starts earlier.

The Precalc book will be out by year end. The Calculus book should be available a little thereafter.

Does the Calculus book go beyond AP Calculus AB/BC?

I think so. The advertisement in the site says "beyond that needed for success in AP Calculus BC." It only covers single-variable calculus, which is AB and BC.

There's more to single variable calculus than AP Calculus! Yes, our book will be more rigorous than AP Calc requires.

How much additional material/problems are in the Calculus class than in the upcoming Calculus book? (I understand that usually courses and books are similar unless you are very active in the course, but since Calculus is very different and more rigorous than the other classes in AoPS, will there be a significant difference?)
