Is math jams class a class you don't have to sign up for and it is free? So everybody who can go?

That is correct. We mainly use the Math Jams for information about our classes, but we also have one with an MIT Admissions officer and MIT Professor about applying to MIT, and we have Math Jams for the AMC and AIME tests.
