Midday Classes at AoPS

We are going to experiment with offering classes during the school day, primarily with homeschool students in mind. We are offering our Introduction to Counting & Probability class on Mondays this fall, 1 PM - 2:30 PM ET (10 AM - 11:30 AM PT), starting October 5. Please share this with homeschoolers who might be interested, and help us make this experiment a success!

But won't this only work for homeschool people? Are you still offering 7:30-9:00 PM ET?

We are offering both times. Students who have already enrolled in the evening class can switch to the afternoon class by emailing us at classes@artofproblemsolving.com.

oh I hope it went well and that day offerings will continue! I have a homeschooled son who will be ready for algebra 1 soon but evenings wouldn't work for him due to other commitments. I just learned about this last one too late but I'll be happy to help spread the word next time you have a day class happening.

I have two homeschooled sons and am very excited about enrolling them for the Alg. 3 class starting in March. The time for that class works for us; however, we have conflicts with many of the evening class times, and as I hope my sons will also eventually take Number Theory, Counting & Probability, Precalculus, etc., having some midday times will be a wonderful option! I will definitely spread the word in our homeschool community! Thank you.
