Almost Unescapable Room

OK, a lot of you probably already know this series of problems, and I can't guarantee that this hasn't been posted before. But I searched for these problems and couldn't find one. So let's see if you can solve these Mr. Green

You are in an almost unescapable room. You know you are going to run out of air in an hour, you'll die of either thirst or hunger in 1/2 a hour, and you're too young to die. "Useless" materials have been carelessly put in the room, such as --

-a calendar
-a baseball bat
-a matress
-a grand piano
-a mirror
-a table

Assuming that all of you are smart and not bored to death by this point, and also assuming that you know the one that is just like this one, but with a table and saw, you must--

1. Get water to drink.

2. Get something to eat

3. Find the three ways to escape!

Good luck!

Look in the mirror, see what you saw, take the saw and cut the table in half, two halves make a whole, climb through the hole.

Other two solutions: Cut the baseball bat or calendar instead Razz

AIME15, nice job using the mirror, and finding a way other than the three I intended(cutting the baseball bat or calendar). However, you still need to eat, drink and find two more ways to escape! By the way, I doubt you can eat the bat(maybe grow it into a tree? not enough time), and to clarify, there is no door, and the room's material is way too hard (diamond?) to crush with any of your materials.

Here's a hint: Click to reveal hidden content
For Number 2, use the calendar.

Good luck! Razz

Put the grand piano and mattress on the table, the table goes pop, and drink the pop.

The mattress has springs, springs give off water, drink the water.

2
Calenders have dates. Eat the dates (they are good for you too).

3
You could use the keys on the piano, but since there is no door, this doesn't work.

You wait until you run out of air... or food...or water.

Or, alternatively, run around until you run out of energy.
