Open-Ended Logic Problem
Sarah randomly assigns 15 of the numbers from 1 to 75 a value of -2, 15 a value of -1, 15 a value of 0, 15 a value of 1, and 15 a value of 2.

She gives John the ability to ask 7 Yes/No questions of the form Does [Set of at least 5 but no more than 70 numbers] have the property that [Property]?

Can John figure out a way to determine a number that has the value of 2?
