I solved this but am not sure of my solution Embarassed

u first ought to learn latex
anyway this is the well known IMO 2001 inequality,
\sum_{cyc}\frac {a}{\sqrt {a^2 + 8bc}} \ge 1
infact it wont hurt to use the search function since u kno the source it wud give u many links to solution.

this has a generalisation of the problem
