I seldom go to shenzhen (the last time i went there was three years ago). In Hong Kong, the olympiad books are of very low quality and that they are mainly for local competitions which are far beyond imo level. But in the past, these books are rare and expensive.


Their local competitions is terribly easy but their IMO team is among the best in the world. (Hong Kong only has 7 million pop. While Canada has 38 million, but the performance of Hong Kong is much better than ours, except the 1 point)

I heard that Jiu Chang publisher, and the translated version can be bought in Calgary, Canada, but not in Halifax.
