Who's gonna win the 46th IMO 2005 Mexico team scores
Yup, who do you think it's gonna win this IMO? I have included in the options the first 10 countries in order of total number of points at IMO 2004. I will reserve my vote for a later time, but you can vote starting now

If nothing untoward happens, it will go to China. But Russia, Bulgaria, Vietnam and the United States are great contenders too.

Myself, I think China or Russia will win

Of course many gues from (С?Г - по - ру??ки) vote for Russia.
Realists vote for China. But don't you think VietnaM team can have best rezult,
because after 2 years they probably will have IMO in their country
and now they are preparing very strong ?
Remember that Vietnam TST is very hard.

Why doesn't anyone think USA will have a chance?

Actually 5 people seem to think so Probably because China is the en-titre world champion, because it's been always either first place or second place since the '90s and probably because most of the last year's US team were seniors, thus there will be many un-experienced people on the IMO US Team this year (un-experienced in the sense that they didn't take a previous IMO)...

Well, this is the first time that my Country goes to the IMO, then, trying to be very optimistic, but not TOO far from reallity, I would spect one or two bronce medals, and around 60-65 points for the team. , May be I am just a dreamer.
Well, if I have to bet, I would bet that it would be
1- China
2- Russia
3- USA
But just a guess.
