I'm rooting for both U.S and China, hopefully U.S 1st, China 2nd, but I'll be happy with China 1st, U.S 2nd too

Speaking directly from the source, I would be very surprised if the US got even 3 gold this year. Top 10 placement is probably in doubt as well. Everybody is decent, but too many points will be lost on 3 and 6.
In my opinion, that is a bit pessimistic. That said, I think a USA victory is a lofty goal.
I wish I could just use my score from the Mock IMO test we took at MOP ... Hopefully I will manage to match or nearly match that performance in Mexico.

I enjoyed the mock IMO. Something about having two 3 variable inequalities .
After MOP I'd say that 4 gold would be good. 3 gold would not surprise me. 5 would surprise me though. Many different areas of weakness/strength ... but hey you got 15 mock tests right?
Oh yeah let me also say the US team is mentally tough this year ... for a bunch of rookies, these guys (and one girl) have got some serious guts so watch out

Cezar, you amaze me! First of all, difficulty of IMO team selection tests is not relevant for the results of the country simply because anyone can give extremely difficult problems in their tests and yet no contestant solves the problems given. Secondly, have you ever seen the TST's from China, Russia, Vietnam, USA? I bet they are a little bit more difficult than ours...
