sums of three consecutive numbers all from 1 to N
Moscow Physical-Technical Institute external olympiad genera

Find all N for which one can put N nonnegative integers on a circle s.t. the sum of some three consecutive numbers is 1, some other three consecutive numbers is 2, .., some other three consecutive numbers to N.
(Note: at the contest it was the problem only for n=7,8 but this is really easy)
