Blog Problem

My blog's "Blog Options" do not work. Usually, this leads to a pane with blog customization options and the such, but instead it just goes to the preferences page, as if no blog has been created yet. Thus, there is a "Create a New Blog" button, even though this account already has a blog.

My "Hypothesis":
After the "40 posts necessary to make blog" rule was implemented, those who had already made a blog before the existence of the rule and don't have 40 posts yet still have the blog in itself existent, but the options page is turned off as if the blog didn't exist, as the system labels those that don't have 40 posts yet as equivalent to meaning they don't have a blog. This also explains why ilovepink can't find her "Contributors" button for her blog.

EDIT: @dragon96: I think people can figure that out...

[dragon96]

Yeah, I was testing and sort of deleted the blog, and a new blog cannot be made now. Sorry.

(Also this account is shared)

I'm not sure how the 40 post thing is implemented, but I would not be surprised if your assessment is correct. I'll try to look into this sometime this week if I get a chance.
