If the picture is online, open the page where just the picture is visible (you might have to right click on the image and then click View Image). Then, copy the URL and paste it in your text. To get the picture to come, simply put the [img] tags around it, like so:
Code:
[img]your image's URL[/img]

If the picture is on your computer, click add an attachment when you want to post (on the left hand side). Then, click browse, select your picture/file, and click OK. Next, click Add Attachment, and it should add it to your post. In this case, you can not have the picture in the middle of your post, it will show at the end.

Note: If you wish to upload an image from your computer, make sure that it is saved as a jpg/jpeg file.

The picture can have one of the following extensions: gif, jpeg, jpg, png, tga, or tif. Also, it must be less than 512 KB in size. For more information on allowed extensions and sizes, see here here.

Alternatively, visit imageshack.us, tinypic.com, photobucket.com, or any similar image hosting website. Simply follow the directions on that site, upload your photo, take the link and stick between
Code:
and
Code:
[/img]
. This way, you can include larger images, though if they're quite big, I would suggest placing them between hide tags.
