Is there a blog FAQ section?

I've been looking for a blog FAQ section. Is there one? Can we make this board into one? Things like:
How to make a blog.
What is considered reportable in a blog,
Where to report a blog,
How to upload pictures into a blog,

All that good stuff. Many, many thanks. Smile

But I would also like to know what people are getting their blogs reported for.
Is it just spam or rudeness?
I want to abide by the rules, but I dont' really know what they are...........

Sometimes people advertise on blogs. This is considered spamming.
