Yay, I finished the book!

aaaah I haven't gotten it. Is it good?

All I want to say is that it was very suprising. How the death hapenned, and what Harry planned to do later wasn't really something i expected.

let's not post ANYTHING of the contents of the book here....i'll start up a separate thread that can be used to discuss the book, that way you don't accidently come across something that spoils the book.

Really? I saw it coming, altough I expected her to not have it happen at the last second possible.

agreed, it didn't have enough action.....barely had any spell casting, too.

if the last part, the fight, had involved more detail and characters, the story would have been definitely better.

I liked the book - but it did have some elements that I thought were just... out of place. The whole boy-girl thing in the book - while it probably (some of it) should be in the book- was too much. There was probably about 2 chapters worth of paragraphs and sections just devoted to that, which doesnt have any importance in the book (didnt change much of anything, especially at the end when Harry..). Also, I feel that certain things that happened in the book were too cliched and weren't really original, which isnt something I expect from a Harry Potter book. There was a lot in the book to keep me interested, but there probably should have been a little more action, more spells. The fight scene could have been amazing if it was longer and more detailed. Last point here - did anyone else hate the Horcrux idea? It reminds me too much of video games where you have to go on all these little dangerous quests to get to the big boss...

^just my opinion
