Online School

Our online school emphasizes problem solving mathematics of the type found in extracurricular programs like MATHCOUNTS for middle schoolers and the American Mathematics Competitions (AMC) for high school students. Top universities have discovered the value of students receiving such an education, as schools such as MIT and CalTech ask for the AMC scores of its applicants.

We have four types of classes:

  • Math Jams. These online classes are free. Click here for a schedule, and click here for transcripts of past Math Jams. These are an excellent way for your child to try out our classes and help determine which level of classes they should take..
  • Subject Classes. Subject classes offer 18-36 hours of instruction with other very strong math students. Click here for our current listings, and click here for all the subject courses we offer.
  • Problem Series. Problem Series focus on preparation for specific math contests. Click here for our current listings, and click here for all the problem series we offer.
  • WOOT. Students can train with the United States math team and many more of the world's top math students through our Worldwide Online Olympiad Training.

Our subject classes each have a pre-test and a post-test. To determine what level classes your child should take, give your child these quizzes without the solutions. We find that students who 'skip levels' and take classes before they are ready struggle much more than those who take the classes at the proper time in their development.

If you have any questions about our classes, you can contact us or post in the Online Classes forum. You can click here to join our mailing lists to receive email notification about new classes and upcoming Math Jams.
