I think it would be better (and more standard) for this article to focus on explicitly constructing the quotient group G/H (where H is a normal subgroup) and describing it's properties, instead of on this equivalence relation stuff. (The same goes for the article on quotient rings.) Jam 05:31, 7 September 2008 (UTC)
