Florida MathCounts

The State Competition in Florida is held in Orlando. In FL, the Countdown Round is official.

Some of the math legends in the Sunshine State include Jaedon Whyte (MATHCOUNTS Written 6th seed 2018, USAMO Winner, & more) and Karthik Vedula (MATHCOUNTS Written 10th seed 2019)

We also have the orz apple1438443, who is meh at math but cracked at spelling, science, astronomy, history, and basically anything else you can think of. He is rumored to own 78 awards (as of 4/2023) of which 40 are trophies and 38 are medals. Yet, he is only in middle school. This fact has been verified by his close friends who are active on AoPS and many people on Discord.
